    Dr. Lori R. Donovan grew up in Charleston, SC.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Charleston and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Interamerican University school of Optometry.  She is board certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.  Dr. Donovan is an active member in the local, state and national Optometric Associations.

    Maxine Roberts was one of the first females in the state of South Carolina to be licensed and has been a practicing optician for over 30 years in the Charleston area.  She also currently holds her contact lens dispensing license.  Maxine and Dr. Donovan are owners and managing partners in Belle Hall Eye Care.
